Tokayev signs law requiring first-time borrowers to visit bank

ASTANA. July 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed into law a bill, entitled "On changes and amendments to the legislative acts in matters of developing the financial market, protecting consumer rights in financial services and telecommunications, and removing excessive legal regulation," the president's press service said on Monday.
